Compliance Tax Director
Location: Remote within the US (Midwest or East Coast time zones preferred)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Tax Director to lead tax preparation processes collaborate with accounting teams and deliver exceptional client service. This leadership role includes managing tax operations mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and sign corporate income tax returns ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with accounting teams and clients to streamline tax preparation workflows.
- Review and enhance tax preparation processes for improved efficiency and delivery timelines.
- Develop and deliver inhouse training programs on tax regulations and compliance practices.
- Mentor and coach junior tax associates fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
- Manage multientity and crossborder tax considerations ensuring adherence to regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 810 years in tax compliance ideally within a CPA or accounting firm.
- Certification: CPA designation required.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Attributes: Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
