Compensation

• Fulltime pay ranges from $16/hr to $18/hr based on scheduling availability.
• Parttime pay is $14.25/hr. *Must meet minimum scheduling requirements of at least 22 hours per week.
• $13.75/hr positions are available to those who would like a more limited schedule of 1517 hours per week.
• We offer a parttime shift differentials of $.50/hr for closing shifts and/or 8 am 4 pm shifts with 5 days of availability.
• We offer a parttime shift differential of $.25/hr for open availability on Saturdays.
• We offer a $.50 raise for every 1000 hours worked.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare cook assemble and present food safely quickly and efficiently meeting ChickfilA standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations including fries breading assembling boards and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat clean and orderly at all times
• Keep uptodate with new products rolled out by ChickfilA
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing inhouse training and stay uptodate on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to ChickfilA rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old to work in the kitchen
• Consistent and reliable
• Ability to multitask
• Loves serving and helping others
• Detailoriented
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
