Responsibilities
NoblisESI is seeking a Project Engineer with a background in projectmanagement to supportour client onsite in Chantilly VA.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects
- Providetechnical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systemsbased capabilities
- Assist the PM/COTR in program management; strategic planning; cost schedule and performance monitoring and reporting; program synchronization; generating requests for information responses; crossprogram coordination; andprogrammatic
- Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs CCBs SRRs PDRs CDRs and PMRs
- Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems mission and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support
- Serve as technical expert in their assigned area
- Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team internal cross coordination external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree intechnologybusinessengineering or a related field. Alternativelydemonstrateanadditional4 years of related acquisition experience per level if no bachelors degree is held.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CounterIntelligence Polygraph (US Citizenship)
- Experience in project management and acquisition with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC
- Familiarity with project management; monitoring developer cost schedule and performance; and program office processes techniques and documentation
- Travel 10

SeniorLevel
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years ofproject management experience
- Compensation: $129700 $202675
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Familiarity with the NROs and DoDs national and tactical space architectures
- Familiarity with different contracting types; e.g.: competition sole source IDIQ/TOs Other Transactions and Broad Agency Announcements)
- Working knowledge ofSAFeAgile or similar agile processes and JIRA and Confluence tools
- Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent) Agile Project Management
- Familiarity with project management; monitoring developer cost schedule and performance; and program office processes techniques and documentation
- Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily
- Track and respond to office tasking build and present program briefings and update project schedules and calendar

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
