JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
DIRECT SUPERVISOR: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF MINISTRY AND CARE
JOB OVERVIEW: This role supports Hill City Churchs objectives by embodying our mission statement: Together we love God love others and make disciples of Jesus Christ. This role drives excellence in Executive Team administration events strategic planning and ministry coordination so that ministries can more fully serve the people of Hill City Church.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
EXECUTIVE TEAM SUPPORT
- Support the Pastoral Team in the upkeep of financial needs (receipt categorization reimbursements check req. etc.
- Book travel and accommodations for the executive team and projects as assigned
- Email and calendar management for the executive team
CHURCH WIDE SUPPORT
EVENTS:
- Organize and coordinate Church Wide Calendar with ministry leaders
- Coordinate logistics and planning from start to finish on all churchwide events (Christmas Eve Easter Family Dinner Marriage Conference Together we pray etc.
- Communicate with appropriate staff on event systems and details
- Drive resourcing communication with and coordinating volunteers/ staff to run churchwide events
- Creation management and oversight of budgets for churchwide events
- Management and coordination of For the City Center Event logistics and requests
HR ADMINISTRATION:
- Maintain accurate employee information and files through HR platforms
- Support Executive Director of Ministry Support and Director of Residency in administration for interviewing onboarding and offboarding of roles at HC (staff resident intern)
- Support employee accommodations as needed
- Support employee benefits administration as needed
STRATEGIC PLANNING:
- Assist the Executive Director of Ministry with Strategic Planning and coordination of churchwide calendar
- Support Ministry Planning Communication and Systems
- Support the Executive Director of Ministry in meetings and coordination of various projects
- Support various projects as assigned by the Executive Team
- Support GGOB efforts organizationwide
MINISTRY COORDINATION:
- Maintain organization Google Drive (storage company emails etc.
- Maintain and develop project management tools to support all ministry areas (Trello google forms planning center forms etc)
- Collaborate with the Executive Director of Ministry on organizationwide platforms
- Support clean databases and tracking of Hill City people

STAFF:
- Attend monthly staff huddle
- Attend Ministry support weekly meeting
- Creation of and semiannual evaluation of 6month role plans
- Training organizational development and processes required of all staff
- Complete your personalized development plan
- Adhere to all HR policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Bachelors degree or experience equivalent
- Track record in serving through the local church
- Organized selfdriver who can take general direction and produce results
- Experience managing adult leaders
- Competency in working with Google Suite and other technology platforms
