Job Description

EIFER is looking for a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Communications.

This position is based in Karlsruhe and is available to start as soon as possible.

Monthly working hours are based on the candidates qualifications:

  • No degree: 40 hours per month
  • Bachelors degree: 37.5 hours per month
  • Masters degree: 27.5 hours per month

Salary: 560 per month

Founded by EDF and KIT in 2002 EIFER bridges science and industry providing innovative energy solutions for a sustainable future.

  • Assist in updating and maintaining various databases memberships and networks.
  • Support the preparation of communication materials (e.g. newsletters social media posts).
  • Help with the organisation of meetings and events.
  • Maintaining and updating website content.
  • Currently enrolled as a University student
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Interest in energy research and sustainability.
  • Interest in communication and administration good English and German skills
