Avidity is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing Commercial team. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to generate critical market insights and deliver datadriven recommendations that support Aviditys pipeline development commercialization strategy and longterm business goals for the Neuromuscular and Precision Cardiology franchises.
What You Will Contribute
Commercial Insights & Competitive Intelligence
Build and lead the Commercial Insights & Analytics function ensuring a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Select the best analytics modality project etc. customized to the business challenge or opportunity faced.
Partner with Insights & Analytics and Marketing to develop and execute primary and secondary market research to assess market landscape customer segmentation and brand positioning.
Establish a bestinclass competitive intelligence framework to track industry developments competitor strategies and potential market threats.
Partner with Field Operations establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to monitor launch performance and market trends (across Sales Marketing Market Access HUB and Patient Services Medical Affairs).
Synthesize insights into actionable strategies that inform launch plans market access and commercial .
Forecasting & Business Analytics
Partner with the Forecasting lead to develop short and longterm commercial forecasts for pipeline assets and launched products incorporating epidemiology analogs and market trends.
Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support executive decisionmaking and financial planning.
Partner with Marketing Finance Supply Chain and Market Access to ensure demand forecasts align with corporate planning manufacturing and payer strategy.
Partner with Field Operations to create dynamic KPIs performance dashboards and realtime analytics to track launch effectiveness and market penetration.
Commercial Strategy & DataDriven Decision Making
Partner with Field Force Operations to provide datadriven recommendations to optimize launch strategy sales force deployment customer targeting and marketing effectiveness.
Develop segmentation and targeting models for healthcare providers (HCPs) payers and patients to maximize engagement and adoption.
Implement AI/ML and predictive analytics to enhance sales effectiveness marketing operations customer engagement and omnichannel strategy.
Partner with IT and AI to prioritize and execute on high impact commercial needs.
Partner with Market Access to integrate payer coverage reimbursement and pricing dynamics into commercial forecasting.
CrossFunctional Leadership & Organizational Influence
Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the VP Commercial Operations SVP/GM U.S. CCO and Strategic Leadership Team (as appropriate) on key commercial decisions.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs R&D and Regulatory to integrate clinical insights with commercial planning.
Work closely with VP Commercial Operations US GM CCO and Investor Relations to support earnings calls investor presentations and boardlevel discussions with databacked insights.
Build and mentor a highperforming insights & analytics team fostering a culture of strategic thinking and innovation.
What We Seek
A bachelors degree is required. An advanced degree (MBA MS or PhD) in business life sciences economics or a related field is preferred.
15 years of experience in commercial insights analytics forecasting or strategy within biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
2 years of experience at the prior level.
8 years in a management or leadership role of people or function.
Proven success in precommercial biotech environments and leading product launches.
Deep expertise in forecast modeling business analytics and competitive intelligence.
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with proven ability to synthesize outputs into actionable insights.
Handson experience with data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI) forecasting models Snowflake and statistical software. (SQL R Python is a plus)
Ability to influence Csuite executives and crossfunctional leaders with datadriven storytelling and strategic insights.
Exceptional leadership and teambuilding skills with a track record of scaling commercial insights functions.
Effective presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization including senior leadership.

What We Will Provide To You:
The base salary range for this role is $270000.00 $285000.00. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience skillset internal equity and market factors.
