Job Description
Job Summary: Delivery lead will be responsible for managing the delivery team and ensuring timely and successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management. They will work closely with our sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery team and ensure successful project completion
- Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Ensure client satisfaction and growth by working closely with the sales and account management teams
- Provide regular status reports to customer and other stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Hire and train new team members as needed
- Focus on value additions and solutioning for the existing/new needs of customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- At least 15 years of experience in software development and project management
- Good understanding of Microsoft technology mainly .net React/Angular Azure SQL
- Ability to own the solutioning for proposals
- Experience in managing large complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
