Job Overview
As a Product Owner you will collaborate closely with hightech clients across North America to understand their products strategies and goals. Acting as the key liaison you will translate these insights into actionable plans for Encoras global delivery teams driving the successful of cuttingedge software development projects. Your expertise and leadership will ensure that our clients visions are brought to life with precision and innovation.
- Develop deep understanding of assigned clients products strategies and engineering goals
- Act as the main facilitator for gathering clarifying and documenting detailed requirements from American client stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct discussions with client representatives to ensure that all technical needs and business objectives are fully understood and accurately conveyed to the development team.
- Translate complex business needs into clear actionable technical specifications and communicate them to Encoras Global Delivery teams.
- Develop and monitor metrics to assess the projects health
- Actively identify and suggest enhancements to both processes and products
- Manage escalation paths for technical or communication issues that could impact project timelines or quality ensuring swift problem resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in software development engineering or a technical role providing insight into project workflows and technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development processes including Agile and proficiency with tools like JIRA Confluence and Trello.
- Experience managing projects or coordinating across crossfunctional teams with attention to deadlines deliverables and project milestones.
- Having a clear eQIP (also known as eAPP) in addition to the basic ISAR is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with software development teams in Latin America.
