Are you looking for a flexible rewarding role where you can support students during their exams We are seeking reliable and vigilant Exam Invigilators to join our team on a casual basis.

As an Exam Invigilator you will play a crucial role in ensuring that exams are conducted in a calm controlled and fair environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • attend training sessions including Safeguarding and be prepared to familiarise yourself with the Instructions for the Conduct of Examinations
  • assist with the setting up of examination venues by laying out seating plans answer booklets equipment and examination papers in accordance with strict procedures
  • complete Attendance Registers at the start of examinations
  • to assist in the efficient timekeeping of the examination by observing the clock that should be visible to all candidates.
