Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The role will be based in our Bangalore India office reporting to the Manager Sales Operations. This position will be responsible for analytics around demand and supply metrics for the company and developing deepdive dashboards for sellthrough analysis change in market trends etc.
The ideal candidate needs to be highly analytical with a strong background and understanding in data analysis and business targets attainments. Critical thinking and problemsolving skills are essential. Experience in analytics and BI dashboard automation is a must.
- Work with a major sales region in collaboration with the Sales GM of that region to maximize revenue generation and attain corporate revenue targets.
- Analyze customer Point of Sale and Channel Inventory data.
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing supply chain tools and automation.
- Delve into market share and competitive intelligence in regional markets.
- Provide detailed quantitative analysis in support of identifying sales opportunities to drive Enphases opportunity/funnel management.
- Collaborate with supply planning team & product managers to drive alignment on new products planning product transitions and supply constraints.
- Communicating and collaborating crossfunctionally throughout the entire company including sales finance supply planning pricing and PLM teams.
Who You Are and What You Bring
- B.Tech/Masters required with knowledge of supply chain and business analytics experience preferably in complex Solar or HighTech industry multitiered channel environment.
- Advanced skills with MS Excel and data manipulation are a must. QlikView Tableau Incorta SQL and SFDC experience preferred.
- You appreciate a good spreadsheet are comfortable with big data sets and are meticulous in your metrics.
- Very processfocused with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and sound business judgment comfortable with datadriven insight seeking.
- Organized with strong work ethic detailed and metrics driven approach. Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision.
- Bachelors BTECH/Masters from Tier1 colleges (CGPA 7/70 with about 13 yrs of experience.
