Pharmacy Intern Pharmacy Department

Work hours: PRN

Heres What You Need
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent is required And
- Other Pharmacy must be enrolled in Pharmacy school is required
- Other valid intern registration card from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy Upon Hire is required
- Proficient in written and verbal English language. Proficient in computer knowledge and use. Basic math and algebra skills. Good communication and problemsolving skills.
What You Will Do
- Complete projects as assigned by Director of Pharmacy.
- Perform regularly assigned quality assurance functions.
- Prepare medications for dispensing.
- Medications are pulled promptly and accurately from carousel or other storage area.
- Assists in meeting legal requirements of the pharmacy and hospital.
- Performs pyxis stock maintenance functions.
