Were looking for a Quality and Compliance Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in upholding excellence across our network of childcare centres.
About the RoleAs the Quality and Compliance Business Partner youll work alongside Centre Directors and operational leaders to ensure our services consistently meet and exceed regulatory legislative and internal standards. Youll provide guidance training and support to promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practice across all aspects of service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport services to meet and exceed the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Lead internal audits compliance reviews and quality improvement planning
Guide and support centres in preparing for Assessment and Rating visits
Deliver training and mentoring to educators and leaders on compliance and quality practices
Identify risks and develop practical strategies to ensure safe highquality environments
Monitor incident reports regulatory updates and performance data to inform best practices
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic quality initiatives
Proven experience in a similar role within the early childhood education sector
Strong working knowledge of the NQF NQS EYLF and relevant legislation (e.g. Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations)
A collaborative proactive approach with strong communication and coaching skills
Ability to influence and support a culture of high performance and accountability
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (essential)
Qualifications in compliance auditing or quality management (desirable)
