About Us:

The Eptec Group is Australasias leading corrosion mitigation and protection company specializing in all aspects of corrosion prevention. Our Total Asset Protection solutions and services include: Corrosion management; Blasting painting and remediation of concrete and steel structures; Lining and waterproofing; Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) Structural Strengthening; Cathodic Protection (CP); and Pipeline Electrical Hazard Assessments.

Eptec delivers across a diverse range of industry sectors including naval defence marine transport and infrastructure. About the Role:

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Osborne SA. In this handson role you will play a crucial part in supporting the employee lifecycle making a real impact on our growing organisation. If youre passionate about people and keen to develop your skills in a fastpaced environment this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees ensuring they feel welcome and supported from day one.
  • Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment employee relations team development and performance management.
  • Assist with performance reviews and provide valuable input to support employee growth.
  • Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support recruitment activities when needed.
  • Coordinate housing arrangements for international workers.
  • Assist with adhoc HR projects.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HR coordination or a generalist HR role with a desire to expand your HR expertise.
  • Industry experience in Construction or Manufacturing is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A relevant qualification such as a university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using a HRIS is highly desirable.
