Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

The Continous Improvement Intern will support in evaluating and improving processes for the production of material goods or electronic information. This position will perform responsibilities such as document and study existing processes identify points of inefficiency or potential disruptions and recommend solutions that can streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Other Position Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and working towards a 4 year B.S. degree in Engineering.
  • Available to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Previous internship or coop experience in automotive related position an added plus.
  • CAD experience CATIA or Unigraphicsis an added plus.
  • Solid analytical skills and work effectively with customers suppliers and the development team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail organization skills and follow up.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
