Job Description

Trusts Manager Plymouth

A fee earner is being sought to manage current Trusts and expand this area. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating Trusts and settlements managing Trusts on behalf of Trustees handling Trustrelated tax matters completing Trust tax returns preparing legal documents related to Trusts preparing accounts liaising with investment providers and terminating Trusts. For the right candidate the role could also involve handling Wills LPAs and Probate matters.

The position is based in Plymouth with hybrid working options and both fulltime and parttime applications are welcome.

This role is suitable for a Solicitor CILEx or an individual with relevant direct experience even if not formally qualified.
