We are now looking for a newHealth & Safety Coordinator in Madrid Spain!

As anHealth & Safety Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring health safety requirements at work are met. Protects workers and company assets by eliminating incident injuries property damage and adverse environment impacts. Keeps abreast of latest legislation and research on hazards at work.

What kind of work will you be doing

Conducts safety checks/Audits.

Coordinating training courses.

Provides training and advice on straightforward issues.

Implements procedures as set and keep necessary records.

Participate if needed in Safety Committee Meetings.

Coordination of accesses to client facilities with operations team.

Maintain all online CAE platforms documentation uptodate.

Keep track of internal and external needs regarding documentation

Keeping all the workers safety documentation updated.

Managing all the legal documents with the subcontractors and customers.

Representing the Company in the Safety Coordination Activities Customers.

Review of online CAE platforms and documents according to criteria established by clients.

Coordinating training with Safety Training Academies and with the External Prevention Company.

Coordinating the annual medical tests for all the employees.

Representing the Company in the Safety Coordination Activities Meeting with the customers.

Provide full responsiveness to internal & external customer.

Implementing the legislation regarding Health & Safety.

Ensure proper H&S record keeping

Provide 24h responsiveness to internal & external customer.

Attend to the required trainings and meetings when held.

Follow and respect in all its technical interventions the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv Spain and those that are specific to the clients facilities where the intervention is carried out.

Experience in accident investigation and report methodologies such as (A3 5 Whys Root Cause Analysis).

Whatwill make you successful

Degree in Health and Safety with a masters degree in 3 Specialties. (preferred)

Intermediate Degree in H&S (required)

Minimum experience of 3 years in H&S and in the Coordination of Business Activities requested documentation Risk Assessment and H&S Plans.

Proven track record in construction site auditing and document preparation

Knowhow of CAE platforms such as (ECoordina; Dokify; Egestiona; Ctaima)

Languages: Spanish (mandatory) English B2/C1 (mandatory)

Microsoft office: Excel advanced user.

Driving license.

Good Communication Skills.
