Job Description
As IT Project Manager you are responsible for the management and implementation of IT projects aimed at developing technological solutions with a view to an optimization of the organizational processes.
Your role and responsibilities
Defining the scope and analyzing the impact of projects to get a clear image of the needs and objectives to be reached.
Determining the project description magnitude and objectives (Project Notification Project Charter).
Assessing costs planning and suspected project duration.
Identifying the necessary means and staff.
Listing project risks and how to limit these.
Checking the feasibility and concrete elaboration with various involved parties.
Making sure that the necessary resources are present at the right moment in consultation with the Team leaders so that the project can be delivered on time and efficiently.
Continuously following up on the planning and if necessary adjusting it to realize the project within the set criteria and milestones (time budget quality ....
Guiding motivating and managing project members. Ensuring a good collaboration between the project members as well as being available for any problems or questions and properly dealing with these in consultation with the Team leaders.
Communicating timely and accurately with the different involved parties.
Keeping up project information and progress in a structured manner accurately documenting and reporting to make sure that projects meet the organizational requirements methodology and quality standards.
How to succeed / Your profile
Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent by experience.
Min 35 years of relevant experience as a project leader in an IT environment.
Experience in and/or good knowledge of business processes is a strong asset.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Experience in a multinational organization with an international scope.
Excellent planning skills and ability to assess priorities correctly.
Knowledge of using Jira/Confluence for project management and understanding of Agile/DevOps principles preferred.
Experience working with ServiceNow.
Experience in delivering projects working with managed service providers.
Ability to manage motivate and coach employees (project members) from a nonhierarchical position to achieve the project goals.
Strong communicative skills (both oral and written) and ability to adapt his/her style depending on the situation.
Demonstrates proficient organizational time management and followup skills.
Sense of initiative.
Stressresistant and flexible attitude.
Decisive.
Administratively accurate.
Good knowledge of English.
Basic knowledge of software development.
Teamoriented and possess a positive attitude.
Willing to make short trips abroad.
