Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamicHNW Personal Lines Account Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high net worth individual clients and possess strong relationshipbuilding skills. This role will involve providing toptier customer service understanding clients needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth individual clients providing personalized and exceptional service in line with company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to address client inquiries resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and product offerings to effectively advise and support clients.
- Monitor policy renewals endorsements and claims ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business finance or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager preferably within the high net worth segment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products coverages and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client accounts effectively.
- Professional designation such as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) is a plus.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
