What Youll Do
- Define and Drive Strategy: Shape the product vision for the Payments platform aligning business goals customer safety and compliance with cuttingedge technology practices.
- Scale for Growth:Focus on building a bestinclass scalable Payments platform that supports multiple payment products and handles rising transaction volumes paving the way for innovation and expansion.
- CustomerCentric Innovation: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure our core platform enables products that provide exceptional seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Lead and work with product engineering design and business teams to deliver platform solutions that enhance the entire product ecosystem ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Scalability & Infrastructure: Oversee the development of a flexible and scalable platform that can support current and future product demands ensuring a strong foundation for continued growth and product innovation.
- DataDriven Insights: Use data analytics and market insights to inform platform development decisions ensuring the product evolves to meet both current and future customer needs.

Wed love to chat if you have:
- 7 years of product management experience in fintech with a focus on different types of Payments( ACH Cards Wallets and money movement platforms. SaaS industry experience is a plus.
- Proven success building enterprise scale payments / fintech platforms and delivering highimpact products with seamless customer experiences.
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams in matrixed organizations ideally within core payments or fintech.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and product strategy.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and managing endtoend product development cycles.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
