Our client a prominent Travel Technology firm is seeking an experienced Director to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and curious individual to drive innovation and transformational change within the airline sector.
Position Overview
As a Director you will play a crucial role in developing consulting propositions that align with airline industry trends and client demands focusing on Offer and Order Management. You will be responsible for raising the visibility of our clients Airline Technology capabilities leading the development of innovative thought leadership and viewpoints. This position requires a strong contribution to business development activities including identifying new opportunities responding to proposals and proactively networking.
Responsibilities
- Develop consulting propositions aligned with airline industry trends and client demand focusing on Offer and Order Management
- Raise visibility of the firms Airline Technology capability through thought leadership and innovative viewpoints
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities responding to proposals and networking
- Serve as a subject matter expert on products and their position in the industry
- Engage in industry standards activity with organisations such as IATA
- Collaborate with customers colleagues and industry partners to deliver marketleading Offer & Order Management solutions
Requirements
- Broad and deep knowledge of Airline commercial IT including Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration
- Experience with PSS DCS Revenue Management NDC eCommerce and digital distribution
- Understanding of the transition to Offer & Order Management
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging clientfacing environments
- Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills
- Passionate curious and teamoriented mindset
