Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone email and chat.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
  • Handle customer questions regarding service options promotions and general inquiries.
  • Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the sales and service departments.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with various marketing campaigns to drive new customer leads and business.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation customer satisfaction and appointment scheduling.

Position Information:

This is a fulltime nonexempt position. Your typical schedule will be an average of 4045 hours per week. Days worked will vary from week to week depending on business needs and alternating Saturdays are required.
