Job Description

BMW & MINI of Pittsburgh is a tight knit organization and were always looking for qualified enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team!The Parts Advisor will be responsible to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to every customer.
- Assist service technicians in finding correct parts
- Pull parts from the parts department and deliver them to service technicians
- Answer phone calls from retail and wholesale clients
- Create Parts invoices for both retail and wholesale clients
- Build and maintain relationships with retail and wholesale clientsboth current and new clients
- Work with Sales department when needed
- Other responsibilities that could arise and be assigned by management
- High School degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Parts department or high paced retail setting
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds ERA Ignite or CDK is preferred but not required
- BMW/MINI parts experience preferred but not required
- Operate a computer and Microsoft suite programs
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service
- Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Valid and current Drivers License with the ability to maintain a good driving record
