Job Title: EMC Testing Engineer
Location: Sosnowiec Poland (onsite)

The project: Specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for external automotive lighting systems and cuttingedge sensors supporting future ADAS/AD features including LiDARsensor technology. Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced EMCTesting Engineer preferably with automotive industry background to join our expanding team in Poland. As an EMCTesting Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through meticulous testing and analysis. You will be responsible for logically approaching requirements solicitation testing plans development and communication with the Customer
Responsibilities and daily tasks:
- Analyze requirements from a testing perspective
- Develop test plans and specifications for electrical and EMC testing
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding testing requirements and results
- Execute electrical tests including sample organization setup analysis and reporting
- Supervise EMC tests conducted by technicians ensuring accurate results analysis
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrical/EMC testing within the automotive industry
- Proficient in automotive communication protocols LIN/CAN for assessing test results and analyzing requirements
- Basic skills in Python for conducting electrical tests
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Polish and minimum B2/C1 level of English proficiency
- Willingness to work onsite in Sosnowiec
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in environmental testing related to automotive head and rear lamps
- Familiarity with RE CE RI ESD PULSE HIL and relevant testing equipment
- Knowledge of European customer requirements such as Stellantis VW etc. particularly in the EMC field
