Job Description
- Solutions Architect or FAE for Automotive Transportation Industrial Automation customers mainly in Europe
- Technical interface and contact for customers and internal project teams
- Customer site technical product and solution presentation and demonstration
- Technical trainings for customers and partners incl. product setup and installation
- Understand customer requirements and corresponding documentation including ROM and DoW preparation
- Preparation of technical documentation for presales sales and marketing
- Share customer feedback and indicated product requirements within SYSGO to support definition and implementation of a market segment strategy.
- Bachelor / Master in Electrical or Software Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in embedded systems/software development support test or validation;
- Experienced with embedded system development (Linux/RTOS/Hypervisor/POSIX);
- Automotive Transportation systems and/or Industrial Automation experience in intelligent or connected devices;
- Ability to work with internal and external contacts across multiple disciplines and levels including executive level;
- Very good French and English skills.
