Frontend Developer
Location: Kolkata

Role Overview: Mihup is looking for a Frontend Developer to join our Tech Team. We need someone who is innovative and has a strong business acumen and is good at problemsolving. The ideal candidate would be selfmotivated creative and detail oriented with experience/willingness to work in a fastpaced environment. The candidate should have strong understanding and experience of SaaS product delivery function and proven experience of end to end delivery management.
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our product renders well across multiple devices
- Review and plan future upgrades with the development team
- Create quality mockups and prototypes
- Collaborate with backend developers and designers to improve usability
- Optimize applications for maximum speed
- Monitor website performance watchout for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues
Requirements (what we are looking for):
The right person is better than the right set of experiences and these are the traits weve identified make great additions to our team.
- At least three years handson experience in either of REACT/Angular is a must
- Experience in NodeJS and SQL will be given preference
- Experience in JavaScript CSS HTML REST
- Experience in converting marvelapp PSDs etc to HTML/CSS
- Good sense of design and attention to detail
- An ability to perform and adapt well in a fastpaced environment
Key Skills:
- BE/BS/BTech in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier I or Tier II University.
- 36 years of handson software development and deployment experience (experience of working in a consumer product startup during its growth phase will be a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
