Job Description

Our client located in Mishawaka Indiana is actively seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join their highfunctioning team which has been recognized several times by Forbes as #1 BestInState Wealth Management Teams Michigan#22 in the nation ranked by Forbes and Barrons as one of Americas Top 100 Independent Wealth Advisors. Their highnetworth independent wealth management practice with just under $4 billion of assets under management is looking for a CSA to fit into their satellite office in the Mishawaka location a satellite office to Bloomfield Hills Michigan.
As a member of this financial firm the CSA is responsible for providing an unforgettable first impression with daily interaction and direct support to the firms Financial Advisor(s). The CSAs industry experience paired with extraordinary client service is essential to the ongoing growth and success of the firm . Essential Duties:
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring client and perspective client needs are promptly and accurately addressed/answered with professionalism through telephone calls and/or email
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of client accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for account transactions client meetings and compliance purposes
  • Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors aiding client portfolio management and business development efforts
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a seamless transition and excellent initial experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Associate degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred
  • 5 years minimum experience as a Client Service Associate for Financial Services experience within a highnetworth financial advisor team preferred
  • 3 years minimum experience in wealth management in the financial services industry required
  • FINRA Series 7 63 65 or 66 preferred

  • Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills; wellspoken both on the phone and in person; proven written skills; projects a courteous friendly and professional demeanor
  • Intermediate to advanced level computer skills; ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new technology as requested/required
