About the Role
As a Submissions Coordinator you will support the PreContracts team by assisting with nonprice tender documentation. This role requires attention to detail brand consistency and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the submission process by gathering information writing content and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Create and manage all submission collateral including project team CVs and project profile sheets.
- Support general tender administration tasks such as maintaining templates formatting materials managing document control and building a wellorganised library of tenderrelated information.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of submissions including proofreading and editing bid documents.
- Work collaboratively across our diverse workforce and with external partners as required.
- Implement best practices using internal InDesign templates and bid library content in line with Pensars style and brand guidelines.
- Perform additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth bid team operations.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bid coordination or similar role.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise initiative work independently and meet objectives.
