Job Description:
As a MERN Stack Developer at Company Name you will:
- Develop user interface components using React.js and manage state with Redux.
- Implement backend services using Node.js Express and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes into highquality code.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
- Lead and mentor junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams to deliver projects on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in React.js Node.js and MongoDB.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control tools like Git.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; or equivalent experience.
