WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Supplier Quality Engineer you will work closely with our clients and their suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting supplier audits process validations and quality assessments.
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.
- Managing APQP PPAP and other quality documentation to ensure supplier compliance.
- Monitoring supplier performance using key quality metrics and driving improvements.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth product launches and production.
- Ensuring suppliers meet industry standards and clientspecific requirements.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have 25 years of experience in supplier quality manufacturing quality or a related field.
- You have a background in manufacturing and experience with quality systems.
- You are familiar with quality tools and methodologies (APQP PPAP FMEA SPC 8D etc..
- You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- You can effectively communicate and collaborate with suppliers engineers and management.
- Your English skills are solid German and/or Spanish is a plus.
- You are willing to travel.
- You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
