Job Description

Would you like the opportunity to progress your career in an expanding commercial property team

Commercial Property Solicitor Cambridge with hybrid working 2 days a week

Client
A growing Legal 500 regional firm

Role
Assisting in residential plot sales acting on the part of property developers selling their newlybuilt properties.
Assisting other fee earners on files initially with a view to building up your own caseloadto include:
  • Assisting with reviewing files and preparing draft reports on title;
  • Acting on sales purchase leases and licences;
  • Assisting with development projects for clients including site set up and plot sales;
  • Research on areas that arise that need to be considered;
  • Assisting with preparing and updating suite of template documents.
You
13 yrs PQE within commercial property
The successful candidate will be joining a busy hardworking team and will be expected to deliver exceptional client service.
