The Evergreen holding company team is comprised of 40 professionals based in San Francisco who are focused on capital allocation M&A executive level hiring strategic board leadership and finance and accounting. Evergreen is a uniquely longterm oriented holding company that seeks to hold and grow businesses indefinitely rather than follow the 57 year holding period of a typical private equity fund. Overview:

The Evergreen Talent Team plays a critical role in finding and hiring high impact executives who will drive the success of the businesses they lead. We are looking for a Talent Leader who has a demonstrated track record of strong performance and is excited to own and mature a high visibility and high impact Talent function.
The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will report directly to Celeste Ryan (Chief People Officer) and will lead and own Evergreenwide talent priority across our portfolio of 100 companies (and growing). The VP of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading a talent team of 3 5 that is hiring the next generation of Evergreen CEOs and executives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can build a highperforming talent team manage highvolume executive hiring develop bestinclass recruitment processes and drive successful talent outcomes.
