With a global presence across North America Europe and Asia this team is responsible for advancing NetScalers highperformance application delivery robust security and deep observability capabilities. In addition to maintaining a competitive edge in traditional AD&S use cases the team is actively shaping the future of application delivery by integrating emerging technologies such as postquantum encryption and generative AIdriven application architectures.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedPrincipal / Lead Product Managerto drive the strategy and of our NetScaler product portfolio. You will be responsible for defining the product vision roadmap and gotomarket strategy ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. You will work closely with engineering marketing sales and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for key components within the NetScaler portfolio aligning with the overall business objectives.
Conduct thoroughmarket research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive productroadmap prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer value and business impact.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of US and global government security and compliance requirements including FIPS FedRAMP NIST 80053 DISA STIGs and other relevant standards.
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and products.
Working closely with engineering and customer facing teams define detailed product requirements and specifications outline intuitive product designs and deliver final product to market with intuitive demos documentation and sales and partner enablement collateral.
Monitor and analyze product performance identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including engineering sales and support teams.
Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
Create compelling product messaging and positioning. Present to customers and at industry events.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of success in the networking or security industry.
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience; or Masters degree with 8 years; or PhD with 5 years of experience.
Experience with Networking & Security products such as Application Delivery Controller Firewalls Gateways.
Understanding of application delivery load balancing and network security technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and Google Cloud.
Security certifications such as CISSP CISM or FedRAMP certifications. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud Azure Government and Google Cloud for the Public Sector.
Experience or certification in Gen AI and/or cryptography technologies
