The Opportunity:
As part of our ongoing expansion across Europe the Middle East APAC and the USA we are looking for a dynamic Resource Consultant/Recruitment Resourcer to focus on placing mid to senior professionals within our engineering technical and infrastructure sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively source toptier candidates via job boards social media industry sites and referrals.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates suitability for various specialised roles.
Manage candidate pipelines using cuttingedge applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Coordinate interviews assessments and preemployment processes.
Collaborate with consultants to map out potential clients for candidate placements.
Promote highquality candidates to target clients enabling consultants to follow up with precision.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure clear communication of staffing needs and role requirements.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in the recruitment industry or similar field.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Professional engaging telephone manner.
Enthusiasm proactivity and a solutionsdriven mindset.
Ability to lead and manage specific recruitment assignments.
