Salary Range: $130000 (based on experience)
Job Description:
Carlson Brigance & Doering a leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Facilities Engineer to join our team. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong background in water storage/transmission and/or wastewater treatment. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design plan and oversee the construction and maintenance of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Manage and develop treatment facilities lift stations pump stations storage facilities and transmission/distribution systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers civil engineers and environmental specialists.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with engineering standards environmental regulations and safety codes.
- Prepare technical reports proposals and documentation to support project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project budgets timelines and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer (PE) License (required).
- Proven experience in water storage transmission and/or wastewater treatment.
- Expertise in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure including design and management of treatment facilities pump stations lift stations and related systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent problemsolving and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
