Mix 94.1 is looking for a talent to join The Mercedes in the Morning Show. Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- OnAir Hosting: Cohost live or prerecorded radio shows engaging with the audience delivering content and maintaining a lively entertaining and informative atmosphere.
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit Adobe music and video editing software required
- Interactive Engagement: audience engagement through phone calls emails social media and other interactive channels encouraging listener participation and feedback. Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the development and planning of show content including selecting topics conducting research and preparing scripts or talking points.
- Promotions and Advertisements: Promote stationsponsored events contests and advertisements as directed by the stations management. Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly. Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the shows host producers and technical staff to ensure seamless show production and adherence to station policies.
- Research and Preparation: Stay uptodate with current events trends and industry news to inform show content and discussions.
Qualifications

Required:
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism on and off the air representing the station positively in public appearances and interactions.
- Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with FCC regulations station policies and industry standards for broadcasting.
- Minimum 5year onair experience preferred
- Additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit stand and work at a computer for prolonged periods with reasonable accommodations provided as necessary.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds such as office equipment documents and presentation materials.
- Visual and auditory ability to respond effectively to stakeholders manage presentations and participate in meetings.
