Duties & Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include signing up new hardware merchants as well as leading developing and motivating existing hardware merchants and credit champions to optimize credit sales. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Identify and onboard new hardware merchants to expand the merchant network.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing hardware merchants.
Provide training guidance and support to credit champions to enhance their sales performance.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stay updated on industry developments competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales management preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a datadriven approach.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
