Overview
IST Management is seeking a Day Porter Facilities Services Associate to join our Miami team! The Day Porter Facilities Services Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate hospitality facilities and cleaning services onsite daily including: supply management janitorial and facilities vendor relations light upkeep of the corporate office environment and common area spaces (cleaning organizing stocking) and basic office services and administrative work as assigned. Compensation: $18.00$18.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities
- Cleaning Facilities Services: Cleaning organizing and stocking site common areas (ie. breakrooms stock clean maintain area load/unload dishwasher order supplies as necessary) coordinating vendor services
- Hospitality services as assigned to support client needs
- Consistently adhering to business procedure guidelines; taking direction from supervisor or site contact; participating in crosstraining
- Maintain all logs and reports with attention to detail
- Adhering to all safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Prior cleaning and/or facilities services experience is a plus!
- Computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Ability to meet employers attendance policy
- Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds with aid
