Job Description
Antai Ventures is a Barcelonabased venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and Latam. Since 2012 we have cofounded 30 companies including Glovo Wallapop PlatanoMelon and Vitaance. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding have generated more than $3B in shareholders value and currently employ more than 3000 persons.
At Antai we partnerup and invest in the best cofounders to build global companies willing to disrupt multibillion dollar industries. In the last 10 years we have gained experience in a variety of business models (ECommerces/DNVBs B2B SaaS Marketplaces) operating in a wide range of industries including Edutech Grocery Healthtech Fintech Insurtech Proptech Autotech among others.
We are now looking for founders to invest in to build our next big venture in the HR Tech B2B SaaS space.
As a founder youll be in the driving seat launching and leading your company. Well invest in you and be your cofounding partners sharing the journey providing you with strategic financial and operational support in all the key areas (growth product tech data legal finance business development and fundraising) to quickly go from 0 to 1.
As a CoFounder you will be responsible for:
Designing commercial and growth strategies
Building leading and motivating a strong commercial team
Process engineering: leading the process of digitalization of the operative and commercial processes
Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
Maintaining deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Attracting retaining and leading the best talent
Building trust with key partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
Solid experience in fastgrowing startups
Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty
A gogetter handson attitude to get things done
5 years of experience in the tech industry having previously held a leadership position
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Proved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources
Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
Experience in HRTech or vSaaS for Blue Collar industries a big plus
