Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. ITs mission is to enable business growth and productivity by connecting people process and technology. • Work with technical teams configuration and tables (such as MM PP EWM) solid understanding of SAP customizations and user exits to improve SAP system to meet business requirements

• Ability to work independently with ABAP and Technical developers to craft and drive SAP system changes. Work closely with global operations (GOPS) business to determine business requirements and write functional requirement specifications in an appropriate level of detail

• Leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with business users and digital solution team

• Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects with a strong emphasis on reporting and dashboard requests based on SAP data (and other data sources)

• Owns and performs integration testing and lead User Testing and identify resulting gaps. Main data source is from SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM systems

• Recommends new insights and/or efficiency opportunities around reporting

• Works on and coordinates multiple reporting deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment

• Will be responsible for system configuration in SAP Purchasing Inventory Management Extended Warehouse Management and planning to support moderate to sophisticated improvements and projects in SAP

• Works on and coordinates multiple SAP deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment

• Good testing and troubleshooting acumen for reporting enhancements projects and issues

• Document all best known methods and provides support as needed

• Project rollout in preparing test plans training documents and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and work experience of 6yrs. Masters Degree preferred

• Strong analytical and statistical experience

• Strong BI Reporting experience: MS Excel VBA & Macro programming MS PowerBI Power Query

• Functional skills with SAP MM PP WM EWM LE modules of S/4HANA

• Must have prior experience with configuring SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA

• Functional Expertise Purchasing Inventory Management warehouse management Production and Planning

• High level English language communication skill oral and written at peer and to senior level management

• Strong presentation skills

• Familiar with MS Office applications

Base Pay Range: $88900.00 $151100.00 Annually
