Job Description

- Hourly Wages: $15 per hour
- PerformanceBased Incentives:

- 25 of Design Consultant commission for reengaging No Sale Prospects
- SelfGenerated Lead Bonuses of $200 or $400

- Open communication with leadership
- Flexible workfromhome opportunity (but must live in Metro Atlanta GA USA)
- Advancement: Career track to move to fulltime and advance within our Sales Team or otherwise (if desired)
- Respond to inbound calls from (and make outbound calls to) prospects to qualify and schedule them for inhome consultations using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare prospects before our inhome consultations in accordance with our proven consultative sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed booking rate and customer service performance metrics.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Follow company guidelines procedures and policies during all interactions with prospects and customers.
- Proven experience in phone sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills by phone and virtual meetings.
- Proficient with CRM systems and call center software.
- Three references from previous supervisors.
- Positive attitude and high energy!
- Strong character guided by a good moral compass. Always do the right thing!
- Result and growthoriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Familiarity with home services inhome sales and/or kitchen and bathroom remodeling sales and/or customer service.

- Our Kitchen TuneUp 5 Core Services include our proprietary 1Day Wood Restoration TuneUp Cabinet ReFacing Cabinet Redooring Cabinet Painting and Custom Cabinet
- Our Bath TuneUp 5 Core Services include Vanity Only Shower Remodel Tub Remodel Conversion and Full Bathroom Remodel
