Job Title: Phone Sales and Customer Service Representative
  • Parttime 20 hours per week) position with opportunity to become fulltime position
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Phone Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify and prepare prospects for inhome consultations assist customers with inquiries and purchases and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from (and make outbound calls to) prospects to qualify and schedule them for inhome consultations using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare prospects before our inhome consultations in accordance with our proven consultative sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed booking rate and customer service performance metrics.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Follow company guidelines procedures and policies during all interactions with prospects and customers.
Our Requirements:

  • Proven experience in phone sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills by phone and virtual meetings.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and call center software.
  • Three references from previous supervisors.
  • Positive attitude and high energy!
  • Strong character guided by a good moral compass. Always do the right thing!
  • Result and growthoriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with home services inhome sales and/or kitchen and bathroom remodeling sales and/or customer service.
