In this role you will be responsible for preparing construction drawings / writes specifications in the process of completing electrical design of above and below ground water system facilities performs advanced engineering calculations for low and medium voltage power distribution and motor control short circuit current calculations voltage drop calculations and breaker coordination studies; preparing construction contracts bid and RFP packages and project management support

This position is a direct hire role with excellent benefits

Position is onsite San Jose CA office

Salary range $110000 $160000

Requirements

  • BSEE required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical engineering design and analysis for electrical utility systems
  • PE highly preferred
  • Experience in single line diagrams motor control centers conduit/cabling and NEC code standards
