Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with peers to align sales strategies with product launches and promotions.
- Provide ongoing training coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge selling skills and overall performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to onboard new employees and continually improve the skills and competencies of existing team members.
- Recruit interview and select qualified applicants to join the sales team ensuring a highperforming and cohesive team.
- Analyze sales data market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor competitors activities and industry trends to stay informed and proactive in the beauty market.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and presentations for senior management.
