Job Summary:
McKinney Automotive located in Easley South Carolina is seeking a skilled and customeroriented Parts Counterperson to join our team. The Parts Counterperson will be responsible for assisting customers with all of their automotive parts needs and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their parts inquiries and needs
Maintain accurate inventory levels and order parts as needed
Assist with loading and unloading parts shipments
Provide pricing and availability information to customers
Process customer payments for parts purchases
Keep the parts department clean and organized
Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with the resolution
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detailoriented and organized
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
