Job Title: Account Manager Tech Systems

Visyis powering the circular economy closing the loop between packaging remanufacturing and recycling. Over 75 years weve grown to 7000 employees and 150 global operations predominately in Australia and New Zealand.

Webelieve materials are not recycled until theyve been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper cardboard glass plastics and metals from households and businesses and locally remanufacture them back into new sustainable packaging. From cardboard boxes water bottles and jam jars to food and beverage cans we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealands food and beverage packaging industry.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will manage and grow established accounts in the nominated territory while growing Visys footprint through prospecting and new business development activity. In working collaboratively with the wider sales team and other key stakeholders in our business you will nurture existing customer relationships while looking to build new ones across Victoria Southern NSW and Tasmania.

The Role

As a hands on highly selfmotivated and proactive Account Manager youll thrive in this highly autonomous and dynamic role. You will have a history of B2B sales and must be able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm motivation and reliability as well as have the ability to selfmanage. Your strong customer service values are essential and an eye for detail is paramount. You will need to be able to concurrently manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve a capital sales target of $2 million within the assigned territory (Victoria & Tasmania)
  • Prospect and qualify leads identifying highvalue opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and develop customized solutions that deliver value.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and address client pain points.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
  • Oversee successful delivery and implementation of solutions collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to existing customers fostering longterm relationships.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Extensive experience in a B2B sales role preferably within the industrial equipment or automation sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Technical expertise in industrial equipment or automation is a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of Hitachi Inkjet Dobot Palletising and Linerfree Labelling products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
