Job Description
We are looking for a Legal EBilling Specialist to join our team in Cedar Grove New Jersey. This role involves managing all aspects of electronic billing for clients in a legal environment ensuring compliance with legal billing guidelines accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in a fastpaced professional setting.
Requirements:
- Experience in one or more of the following platforms: AcuityLogic Collaborati Counsel Link Milliman DatalyticsDefense LegalX Legal Exchange Legal Software Solutions (LSS) Legal Tracker Passport and TyMetrix (T360.
- At least 1 year of experience in legal billing or a professional services environment.
- Ability to handle high volumes of tasks prioritize deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee setup updates and maintenance of clientmatter electronic billing including timekeeper updates rate adjustments and new client onboarding.
- Submit track and resolve issues with invoices across various ebilling platforms.
- Collaborate with billing teams attorneys and accounts receivable to resolve discrepancies appeals and manage budgets.
- Maintain accurate billing codes monitor budgetary compliance and generate detailed billing reports.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address billing inquiries efficiently.
