Job Description
What your day looks like:
Your day starts at 9:45am when you come in to open up the doctors area ensuring everything is ready to go for your first patients arrival. Greeting the patients with a smile you will check the patients in verifying all of their information is complete and accurate. Utilize the pretest machines with confidence explaining the steps to the patient as you go before handing them off to the provider who will perform their eye exam. Checking the patient out collecting their copayments and guiding them to the retail floor for assistance with their material benefits and purchases ensures a smooth transition throughout the office and an exceptional experience to the patient. Be home in plenty of time for dinner gym time bedtime routines and/or your favorite tv shows!
Your downtime in between patients will be utilized by answering phone calls scheduling appointments verifying insurance benefits making confirmation phone calls etc.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide patients with an outstanding experience
Utilize our scheduling and EHR programs
Manage checkin/checkout process of patients pretesting taking copayments and end of night reconciling
Ensure working areas remain clean and organized
Other duties as assigned by Store Manager
This position is for part time hours. We have two locations one in Saugus MA and one in Burlington MA. The ideal candidate would be able to work reliably 1 to 2 days in Burlington and 1 to 2 days inSaugus each week.
