We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services Team. As a Technical Solutions Consultant you will work collaboratively with a dynamic and multiskilled team delivering clientfacing professional services and solutions across various service deliverables. You will be responsible for custombuilt API integrations between our companys platform and other enterprise applications for our clients. This role will involve working closely with clients to identify business requirements convert them into technical use cases and collaborate with development teams to develop custom API integrations using a dedicated IPaaS solution.
This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical consultant converting client business requirements into technical user stories and pseudo code.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate client requirements into bespoke middleware solutions.
- Identify requirement gaps communicate recommended solutions to clients and development teams.
- Define UAT testing criteria assist clients with testing procedures and results confirmation.
- Provide support for client inquiries and troubleshooting during postsolution delivery.
- Maintain delivered solutions by identifying and addressing project issues and enhancements.
- Work independently but collaboratively within the Professional Services and Technical Solutions teams.
- Ensure all project and integrationrelated documents are up to date.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in application support professional services or application integration roles.
- General technical background in APIs IDE/IPaaS RDBMS and application data flows.
- Experience in risk management or TPRMrelated roles is an advantage.
- Experience delivering clientfacing services in industryrelated organizations.
Key Skills & Education:
- Qualifications or degreelevel education in applicable subjects.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Previous experience supporting or working with integrated development environments or IPaaS software.
- Experience using Postman to troubleshoot and test API endpoints.
- Basic understanding of relational database design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface with clients confidently and professionally.
- Conceptual understanding of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of Project Management principles.
- Natural ability to learn and use new technology.
- Ability to work independently within defined and tight timescales.
- Ability to manage a workload of several client engagements simultaneously.
