Job Description
We are hiring Tax and Audit Managers to join our wellestablished accounting firm in Lakewood NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax preparation auditing compliance and financial advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage tax planning preparation and compliance for clients.
- Conduct financial audits to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
- Provide strategic tax and audit consulting to clients across industries.
- Lead and mentor junior accountants fostering professional development.
- Develop taxsaving strategies and financial planning solutions for clients.
- Keep up with evolving tax laws financial regulations and GAAP standards.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required.
- Experience in public accounting tax or audit management.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP IRS regulations and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and client relations skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadlinedriven environment.
Salary: $100K$180K (Based on experience and qualifications)
