Timing
Forstaff coming from SNS the timing of the assumption of eCare dutieswillbe coordinated with the staff members ability to be released from SNS dutiesduring the winddown period.
Forstaff released from SNS duties the assumption of full eCare duties will evolvebased on eCare rollout timelines. If eCare duties will be phased in overtime the eCare team member will be assigned duties to supplement core eCareresponsibilities. Those duties will be either more generic than the coreeCare role or will be duties from the staff members current corecompetencies. This will occur until such time that the core eCare role isfully assumed.
