Are you passionate about therapy and eager to make a real impact in the lives of seniors Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency has an incredible opportunity for you to join our PRN team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in St. Croix WI and the surrounding communities.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice asOccupational Therapy Assistant.
